Refund Policy - Commissions and Services

50% non refundable deposit is required before commencing work on commissions and services.

Change of mind after commission or service has commenced is not sufficient reason for cancellation.

If commissions and services are cancelled before completeion, no further payment will be required.

If cancelled after completion, 25% of the remaining payment will still be required.

If goods are being posted and have been sent, full payment will be required.

If goods are recieved damaged please send adequate photos and you will recieve a full refund.
